Srinagar, Nov 20 (KNO): Nasir Aslam Wani, the advisor to Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, Wednesday said that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) should do some introspection as it is because of their support to Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) that led to the abrogation of Articles 370 and 35A. “Had the PDP not joined hands with the BJP in 2014, the Articles 370 and 35A would have not abrogated. The destruction of the past 10 years wouldn’t have been witnessed as well,” Wani said while reacting to the statements of PDP over the resolution passed in the Legislative Assembly. He also said that the party as well as its leaders must do some introspection as this party has always tried to mislead the people. “They have done similar kinds of things in 2008 and 2010 while the 2016 situation also arose with their chaos. The party was and is supporting political chaos,” he added. Wani further stated that PDP has never supported in contributing to the development and progress, but instead supported the political disorder for which the people are not going to forgive them—(KNO)
